![]() Certainly event prizes can be forgone but I am wondering how the rest of the community feels about low era players and the games new desire to force push players through the eras? I do feel like this is going to be the theme for all events - age up or don't do full event. ![]() There are some players who stayed for years in iron age, so I know the land juggle is doable and I am happy with my own progress so far. I know the prize isn't really worth aging up for and it would be much better to age up when a player chooses the time is right such as: when attack and defence is where you want it/when you run out of land for GE prizes/when you feel like it. Some players rush to HMA/LMA as fast as possible - yes there is more land for prizes and GB but you will be everyone's farm for some time - why have space for terrace farm etc if you get it plundered every day? Why have more land if you have to use it on GB that otherwise would not be needed?Ī few times I have thought it would be nice just to experience the ages and certainly events where to complete you have to do a research such as the Halloween event really pushes you. I have never played above iron age on any world so I don't really see the attraction of whizzing through the ages. I learnt that there were many benefits to staying low era such as: quests are more efficient, it's very easy to build an adequate defence without having deal castle/sbc and all the FP & land potentially wasted on those can be spent on things like arc etc building strong foundations for the future. After not very long of reaching iron age I started reading forums and asking questions.
